These terms govern your use of Animation Maker AI, an online service that creates animations with AI models. By creating an account you agree to them.

## Acceptable use

Do not create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, content that impersonates or harasses real people, or content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other rights. We may refuse or remove requests that break these rules.

## Your animations

Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use the animations and the source code you create, including commercially. You are responsible for the text, names and marks you ask us to animate.

## Credits and payments

Animations are paid with credits shown before you generate. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
